Eight years ago a house burnt down.  With an elderly couple inside.  The husband died of smoke inhalation inside the home.  But the woman got outside.  She crawled to the mailbox but no farther.  There she died, her neighbors surrounding her.  None of them cared about her or her husband, they just heard a commotion in the early morning.  They even seemed happy when the old couple was gone, didn’t even attend the funeral.
Their son inherited the dead property.  He had walked out on them years ago but apparently they still cared about him.  Sadly, there house and all their worldly belongings were gone now.  The teddy bear he always wanted to go back and get for his kids, gone forever.  He had to sell it now.  But the house had literally no value.  The original house had been an original and its design perished in the flames.  The lack of space on the lot had inspired the spacious home that once resided on it.  The son did not have money to hire a new architect.  The house had been near the new Tracks station and several schools.  Not to mention it was on a secluded street with literally no traffic.  There was no way he could advertise that well now.  The only thing he could think to use it for is horse property.  A horse doesn’t need to use the Tracks or go to school.
The son considered taking the mailbox, the only surviving remnant of the house.  But he decided not to.  His mother wasn't too happy about being left behind, again.
Do you want to buy this lot?

It turns out that the old man abused his wife and may have even started the fire.
